Vehicle Test Services 

We offer vehicle testing services to all light vehicles which include vehicle Renewal test that approves vehicles for registration renewal, Export and Import Test that certifies your vehicle when exporting and importing in and out UAE before registration. 

Vehicle Registration

Once a vehicle test is done it is mandatory for the vehicle to be registered. We offer vehicle registration of new vehicles and issue an ownership certificate together with a plate number under the name of the owner. Registration renewal is done annually and is tied to vehicle insurance. 

Number plate services

At Al Mutakamela we provide all types of vehicles number plates. These number plates are produced in our factory according to your requirements and we can also fix them for you in our center. 

Insurance Services

We provide insurance services from reputable and reliable leading insurance companies in the UAE. At our center, we will advise you on the best cover for your car. 

Ownership transfer

We offer ownerships transfer services which enable you to transfer ownership from owner/seller to the buyer and register it officially under the name of the buyer. We will issue an ownership certificate under the name of the new owner/buyer.

This service is designed for those who are not able to spare much time because of their busy schedule. We offer VIP services, fast test results, and quicker transfers and will have you on your way in no time. 

Traffic tickets and RTA paid service

You can conveniently pay your fines and tickets at Al Mukamela Center. We offer a wide range of products such as Salik cards.
